Amaretto sour


INGREDIENTS:

Amaretto: 6 cl / 2 fl oz

Lemon juice: 3 cl / 1 fl oz

Simple syrup: 1 cl / 0.34 fl oz

Angostura bitter: 2 dashes

Egg white: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Garnish: Angostura art

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add Amaretto, Lemon juice, simple syrup, angostura bitter and egg white into the shaker.

Shake without ice and break the egg until it is foamy.

Shake well with ice until the outside of the shaker is frosty.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a angostura drops.

Serve and enjoy your Amaretto sour!
