INGREDIENTS

Vodka: 4 cl / 1.34 fl oz

Fresh Lemon Juice: 3 cl / 1 fl oz

Simple Syrup: 1 cl / 0.34 fl oz

Cloudberry puree: 1 bar spoon

Cloudberry liqueur: 1 cl / 0.34 fl oz

Egg white: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Garnish: Angostura art


INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients.

Dry shake (shake without ice).

Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake well.

Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with Angostura bitters.
