Ingredients

Gin: 3 cl / 1 fl oz

Fresh Lemon Juice: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Simple Syrup: 1 cl / 0.34 fl oz

Champagne: Fill

Garnish: Lemon zest


INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake well.

Strain the mixture into the champagne flute.

Top off the glass with champagne.
