Mango heat


INGREDIENS

Tequila: 5 cl 1.67 fl oz

Mango puree: 4 cl / 1.34 fl oz

Lemon juice: 3 cl 1 fl oz

Chili & Ginger syrup: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Garnish: Salt & Chili flakes with a Ginger slice


INSTRUCTIONS

Step one is to prep the mango puree and ginger & chili syrup. To create any kind of fruit puree you will need two things, a mixer and fruit. If the puree is too thick add some water until it is smooth and pourable. For the syrup you will need ginger, chili and sugar. Cook it on low heat starting with equal parts water and sugar, when it is see-through chop in ginger and chili and let it rest for a couple of hours.

Step two is pouring all the ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice until it is cold. Strain in to a glass with ice and garnish!
