INGREDIENTS:

Light Rum: 6 cl / 2 fl oz

Pineapple juice: 4 cl / 1.34 fl oz

Lime juice: 3 cl / 1 fl oz

Coconut syrup: 3 barspoons

Half & half (milk & cream): 4 cl / 1.34 fl oz

Salt: 1 pinch

Garnish: Pineapple leaves & Marachino cherry


INSTRUCTIONS:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all the ingredients into the shaker.

Shake well with ice until the outside of the shaker is frosty.

Strain the mixture into a chilled highball full with ice.

Garnish with pineapple leaves & Marachino cherry.
