Ingredients
Vodka: 4 cl / 1.34 fl oz
Fresh Lime Juice: 3 cl / 1 fl oz
Vanilla Syrup: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz
Passionfruit puree: 4 cl / 1.34 fl oz
Passionfruit liqueur: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz
Champagne: 1 shot
Garnish: 1/2 Passionfruit
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except the champagne.
Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake well.
Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Pour champagne in a shot glass.
Garnish with half a passionfruit.
