Sweet Vermouth: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Angostura bitters: 2 Dashes

Garnish: Marachino cherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

Add Scottish whisky, Sweet Vermouth and Angostura bitters.

Stir for about 30 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a Martini glass.

Garnish with a marachino cherry.
