Strawberry aperol sour


INGREDIENTS:

Gin: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Aperol: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Campari: 1 cl / 0.34 fl oz

Lemon juice: 3 cl / 1 fl oz

Strawberries: 3

Egg white: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Garnish: Strawberry


INSTRUCTIONS:

Fill a cocktail shaker with 3 strawberries and lemon juice.

Muddle down the strawberries a couple of times.

Add Gin, Campari, Aperol and Egg white into the shaker.

Shake well until the inside of the shaker is foamy.

Shake once more but with ice this time!

Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass full of ice.

Garnish with a strawberry.

Serve and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Aperol sour!
