Ingredients:

Gin: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Aperol: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Sweet vermouth: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Sugar syrup: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Lemon juice: 3 cl / 1 fl oz

Egg white: 1

Angostura Bitters: 3 dashes

instructions:

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, dry shake (shake with no ice) and then add some ice and shake until it is cold, double strain in a chilled martini/coupe glass. Garnish and serve!
