Sidecar recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Cognac: 4 cl / 1.34 fl oz

Triple sec: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Lemon juice: 3 cl / 1 fl oz

Simple syrup: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Garnish: Sugar rim

INSTRUCTIONS:

Garnish with a sugar rim.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add cognac, lemon juice, simple syrup and triple sec into the shaker.

Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosty.

Strain the mixture into the cocktail glass.
