INGREDIENTS:

Vodka: 4 cl / 1.34 fl oz

Vanilla liqueur: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Lemon juice: 3 cl / 1 fl oz

Honey syrup: 2 cl / 0.34 fl oz

Egg white: 2 cl / 0.67 fl oz

Strawberries: 2

Garnish: Strawberry

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add Honey syrup and 2 strawberries, muddle a couple of times.

Add Vodka, vanilla liqueur, Lemon juice and egg white into the shaker.

Shake without ice and break the egg until it is foamy.

Shake well with ice until the outside of the shaker is frosty.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a strawberry.
